Rorschach and Garp stood outside Caesar's research facility, surrounded by a pungent chemical smell.

The gate was tightly closed, and because this was a snowy place, the doorknob was covered with a layer of ice.

Luo Xia stepped forward, staring intently at the door lock, which had several rows of number keys on it.

Garp, meanwhile, looked around warily, on guard against any potential dangers.

Just then, the heavy door slowly opened.

Several people wearing white lab coats walked out, led by a man carrying a large knife on his shoulder and wearing a grizzly bear hat. He looked surprised when he saw Rorschach and Garp.

The leader said, "Azure Dragon, and Garp?"

Garp stepped forward and said loudly, "Marine Headquarters Garp, this is Vice Admiral Qinglong next to me."

Luo Xia rolled his eyes at the old man, stepped forward, and said, "You're a pirate, aren't you?"
