Chapter 70 Minor Trouble

Vega has been in the zombie world for 16 days, and now there are only 10 days left until the Nine Realms overlap.

As time goes by, the Nine Realms are getting closer and closer, and the weak points in space are becoming more and more numerous.

During this period, many beings from different worlds unexpectedly arrived on Earth, and a cataclysmic event involving the undead broke out, along with a small-scale war against the fire giants of Muspelheim.

Such a huge anomaly could not be concealed. Although the authorities came forward to provide an explanation, many people still thought that the end of the world had come. Under the instigation of some people, many regions around the world were thrown into chaos, and even several small countries were destroyed in the turmoil.

Before he could even rest for a day, Phil Coulson came to visit after learning that Vega was back.

Vega: "Don't come after me for these disturbances. I don't lay a hand on ordinary people."

Phil Coulson: "Many unrests are not simple. Many of the initiators and leaders of unrest show signs of being controlled. Our investigation found that the person controlling them was a blonde woman who looked to be in her twenties and liked to wear red clothes. "Captain Britain said that the blonde woman's ability is chaos magic. The Howling Commandos led by the captain and the military suit squad led by Stark have encountered these two people, and both squads suffered considerable losses."

These two seem to harbor deep hatred for Stark. We haven't yet uncovered their true identities, nor do we know why they're causing this unrest, or if someone is behind it.

Vega's expression darkened. He already knew who these two people were, but he still wanted to confirm: "Do you have any photos?"

"Yes." Phil Coulson picked up the tablet, looked through it for a moment, and then handed it to Vega.

The tablet displayed a screenshot from a surveillance video, and Vega immediately recognized the people in it as Scarlet Witch Wanda and her brother Quicksilver Pietro.

I never expected that after dealing with the Scarlet Witch from the zombie universe, I would learn about the Scarlet Witch from this universe as soon as I got home.

Shouldn't these two siblings be at the S.H.I.E.L.D. base in Sokovia, which is completely controlled by Hydra, during this time? And without the Mind Staff, how did Quicksilver awaken his abilities?

There are no mutants in this universe. Could it be that Loki, who has never shown his face, has gotten involved with Hydra?

Vega's expression was grim. The Chitauri invasion showed that Loki in this world was a true evil god. If he was really involved with Hydra, and Quicksilver and the other man were acting on his orders to create chaos, then he had to be captured as soon as possible. Otherwise, who knew what other insane things this guy might do.

But if Hydra is exposed at this point, S.H.I.E.L.D. will be finished.

It doesn't matter if S.H.I.E.L.D. is destroyed; the Nine Realms overlap has entered its final stage. Hydra, which is in dire straits, might take the opportunity to do something, thus triggering a great chaos in the Nine Realms.

Upon arriving in the zombie universe, Vega went straight to Wanda's house in Sokovia, told her about the situation, and then took Wanda, who was willing to help, back to his universe.

Based on the coordinates provided by Wanda, Vega used the Spark Portal to bring the two of them to that base.

"She's right here." Wanda immediately sensed herself in this universe, and Vega also sensed that everyone here was being controlled by the Mind Stone. He also sensed the energy fluctuations of the Mind Stone.

The worst has indeed happened; Loki is really here.

Vega activated his bronze arm rings to seal off the entire area around the base, then said to Wanda, "You two go find them, I'm going to find Loki."

"Okay." Wanda nodded, and together with Vega, they used their psychic abilities to control all the Hydras they encountered, and walked towards the depths of the base as if they were in an empty place.

He stretched out his right hand, grasped the Hammer of Punishment, and with a thought, transformed it into a spiked club. He walked toward Loki, whose expression had slightly changed, with a cold smile.

More than an hour later, Wanda, along with her from this world and Quicksilver, walked over. Ignoring Loki, who was lying on the ground like a puddle of mud, she said to Vega, "I've found out. Loki didn't cooperate with Hydra. He used the Mind Scepter to control most of Hydra in this base and other places, and planned to take advantage of the overlap of the Nine Realms to start a war between the Nine Realms."

Hydra is indeed an evil organization, but they are also human beings, so naturally they would not do anything harmful to humanity.
