Chapter 592 Trap
Harry certainly didn't have a nightmare, but Professor Topherdy believed it. And when Harry said he had finished his exam and wanted to leave early, he agreed without much hesitation.
He also thoughtfully suggested that Harry go back to his dormitory and get some rest.
Harry nodded vigorously in agreement, and as soon as Professor Topherdy crossed the threshold into the Great Hall, he ran away as fast as he could.
As for whether Harry went back to his dormitory or somewhere else, Siron didn't know; he only vaguely heard the portrait's scolding voice coming from outside.
"Students, you have twenty minutes left," Professor Toford said, reminding the others not to look around anymore.
Siren turned around and saw Hermione looking at him from a short distance ahead, seemingly asking what had happened.
Clearly, she also noticed Harry's unusual behavior.
Siron glanced at Professor Topherdy, indicating that they should talk about it after the exam.
However, the huge hourglass in front of the classroom seemed to have stopped, and the remaining twenty minutes felt even longer than the previous hour.
Finally, the last layer of sand fell, and the exam was over.
As soon as the examiners collected the exam papers, a burst of excited cheers erupted in the auditorium. Everyone was overjoyed, throwing parchment and quills at the ceiling, celebrating the end of fifth grade and the upcoming holidays.
Hermione and Ron made their way through the crowd and found Siron, who had just walked out of the Great Hall.
"What just happened?"
"I don't know either," Siron said. "But I guess it's probably related to his scar again. He must have just seen images related to Voldemort again."
"What?" Hermione frowned. She remembered that Alastor had said in the Burrow that this was not a good thing.
Because not only could Harry see Voldemort through this connection, but the other party could also see this side.
"But didn't Harry already learn Occlumency?" Ron asked, puzzled. "How can he still see these things?"
"The answer is obvious, isn't it?" Siren shrugged. "He never learned Occlumency."
Hermione looked a little angry, but this was clearly not the time to discuss Snape's teaching results.
They learned from the nearly headless Nick that Harry had gone to Professor McGonagall's office.
So the group rushed over immediately, and just then they encountered Harry running towards them on the stairs. Strangely, Harry had run up from downstairs.
"Harry!" Hermione called out immediately, "Are you alright?"
"Come with me," Harry said quickly. "Quick, I have something to tell you."
They followed Harry across the second-floor corridor, down the stairs, and ran towards the Forbidden Forest.
"Harry—you, are you going to find Hagrid?" Ron asked as he ran.
Harry didn't answer, but turned his head and said seriously, "Voldemort captured Sirius, and—"
Mr. Ollivander.
"What did you say?" Xilun's pupils contracted sharply, and he hurriedly asked, "My grandfather—are you sure it's him?"
"I saw it, just now," Harry said. "I saw it while I was asleep during my exam."
"We should tell Headmaster Dumbledore," Hermione said, her face turning pale.
"The principal has left."
Where is Professor McGonagall?
"She doesn't believe me," Harry said, sounding a little annoyed.
"She told me that Dumbledore had given Sirius a task, that he had been staying at number twelve Grimmauld Place recently, and that he thought I had a nightmare because I was too stressed about the exam."
Harry's voice began to tremble, and his knees trembled. He had to stop and lean against a tree to try to calm himself down.
"But I knew it wasn't a nightmare at all; it was just an excuse I made up to Professor Topherdy. My scar felt like it was on fire, and you know, every time my scar hurt, I could see what Voldemort was doing!"
By this time, they had reached the edge of the Forbidden Forest, next to Hagrid's cabin.
There was no sound from inside the cabin, as if the light they had seen last night was just an illusion.
"I'm going to save them." Harry turned around, his eyes burning with determination. "You—"
"Don't be silly, Harry, we'll definitely be with you," Ron said before he could speak. "Do you think we'd just hide in the safety of the school and watch you get into danger?"
"Yes, I'll go with you too," Hermione said, glancing at Siren who hadn't said a word.
"Don't worry, Mr. Ollivander will be fine."
Xilun nodded somewhat reluctantly.
To be honest, when he first heard that Voldemort had captured his grandfather, he was really panicked and couldn't wait to go back.
But after calming down, Siron suddenly realized that this seemed more like a trap set by Voldemort.
Professor McGonagall knew that Harry could see certain images related to Voldemort, and she couldn't have remained so calm if she didn't know that Sirius was indeed alright.
But this matter concerns the safety of his grandfather, and even if there is a 90% chance it's false, Xilun is unwilling to gamble on that 10%.
Are you going now?
"Yes, now," Harry said. "This is the best chance. If she spots you in the castle, it won't be so easy to get out."
"So how are you going to get there?" Ron then asked. "The train won't stop at the station for another week."
"We're not taking the train, that's too slow. We have better options," Harry said.
"What?"
"Thestrals!" Harry seemed to have been prepared, and quickly walked to a clearing in the Forbidden Forest and pulled out a large piece of raw, bloody flesh.
No wonder Harry came upstairs earlier; he was probably in the kitchen.
Soon, the smell of raw meat and blood attracted something. If anyone else were here, they would probably have witnessed the eerie scene of the meat disappearing into the air bit by bit.
But Siren could see it clearly: it was the Thestrals tearing apart raw flesh.
Harry quickly chose one and groped his way onto its back.
"Where are we going?" Hermione suddenly realized the most crucial question.
"I don't know, I only know it was a small room, kind of like—" Harry hesitated for a moment before continuing, "kind of Ollivanders Wand Shop."
Ok?
Upon hearing this, Xilun suddenly looked up, his expression even more puzzled.
However, everyone's attention was on Harry at the moment.
“He’s trying to find something in the Department of Mysteries. Sirius and Mr. Ollivander know where it is.” Harry continued, groping the Thestral. “He’s torturing Sirius—trying to kill him, and he’s threatening Mr. Ollivander, saying he’ll be next.”
"No!" Sirius laughed, then shook his head firmly. "You must be mistaken. Voldemort couldn't possibly be torturing them in a wand shop."
