Chapter 56 Extraterrestrial Visitors
Chapter 56 Extraterrestrial Visitors
"Oh?"
Upon hearing that the energy gun was made by Bulma herself, Rhode's eyes flashed with surprise.
He knew Bulma was a super genius who had developed many things, including a time machine that could travel through time.
But I didn't really understand her before because she was too young. Now, looking at this little girl who isn't even as tall as my legs, and then at the energy gun she's holding, I realize how much more important it is.
At this moment, Rhodes truly realized just how monstrous Bulma's genius was.
Thinking about it this way, when we were searching for the Dragon Balls, even if we hadn't asked Dr. Brief, if we had just let Bulma do it, she probably could have managed to make the Dragon Ball Radar herself, right?
"How's the power of your gun? Have you tried it?"
Looking at the energy gun in Little Bulma's hand, Rhode couldn't help but ask curiously.
He was quite looking forward to seeing the power of the energy gun that Bulma could create at this age, and wanted to see just how powerful it could be.
"Of course the things I make are amazing!"
When Rhodes asked her question, Bulma, holding her energy gun with both hands, answered matter-of-factly, then pointed to a building in the distance with a searching gaze:
"Theoretically, a single shot could collapse that dozen-story building!"
Following the direction Bulma pointed, what came into view was a building with more than ten floors and a considerable area. Rhode couldn't help but wonder if this small energy gun really had such great power.

Thinking this, Rhodes raised his hand and opened a spatial portal, then looked at Bulma: "Come on, show me the power of your treasure!"
"What is this?"
Seeing Rhode casually open a door out of thin air, Bulma, holding her energy gun, ran to the door, peeked inside, and seeing only emptiness and whiteness, she couldn't help but pout and say disdainfully, "What? There's nothing in there!"
"There are still some things inside, you just haven't seen them yet. The space inside is quite large, so you can show them to us with confidence."
With a smile, Rod explained, then stepped inside and gestured for the little guy to follow.
Following Rhode into the Time Chamber, Bulma noticed the building on the other side of the portal and asked curiously, "What is this place?"
"This is a special space. Once that door is closed, a year passes here, but only a day passes outside. It's where I cultivate."
In response to Bulma's curiosity, Rhodes pointed to the open portal and explained.
As Rhodes said, his portable time chamber only becomes a space independent of the outside world when the spatial gate is closed, and the flow of time will differ.
Hearing this, and seeing Rod grow up in just one year, Bulma's eyes gleamed, as if she had found the reason for his growth.
"Alright, give me a shot with your energy gun. Let me see how powerful your creation is!"
Without dwelling on the Time Chamber, Rhode's gaze fell on the energy gun in Bulma's hand, and he beckoned to it.
"No, this gun is too powerful; you can't withstand it!"
As the creator of the energy gun, Bulma knew the power of the weapon in her hand better than anyone else. When Rhodes asked her to shoot him, she refused outright.
In her view, the power of the energy gun in her hand was simply beyond the capacity of any living being to withstand.
After refusing Rhodes's request, Bulma looked at the boundless space and then fired a shot into an empty area.
Energy was seen continuously condensing at the muzzle of the gun, growing stronger and stronger with each condensation.
boom!
With a soft thud, a ball of energy, similar to a ki blast, landed on the ground some distance away.
boom!
A surge of energy erupted, unleashing intense light and heat, triggering a massive explosion.
Tsk!
Looking at the power of the energy gun, Rhode was quite surprised. This shot could probably blast away a small mountain.
And this was made by little Bulma when she was just a few years old!
This was largely thanks to Bulma not being a bad person, and her subsequent research didn't focus on weapons.
If Bulma were to focus solely on weapon research, Rhodes was certain that the ultimate weapon she created could probably kill Frieza instantly if he were hit head-on.
After all, the androids created by Dr. Gero are, in a sense, humanoid weapons, and their power is obvious. Bulma's intelligence is no less than that of the androids, and may even be superior.
"That's amazing!"
Upon witnessing the power of the energy gun, Rhodes praised it with a slightly exaggerated tone.
Hearing Rhodes' praise, Bulma curled her lip and said nonchalantly, "Tch! What's so special about it? I just made it up casually!"
However, despite saying that, the little guy's big eyes couldn't hide his joy.
"By the way, Rod, Dad has been wanting to thank you for building the anti-gravity spacecraft by studying your previous spaceship."
As they talked, Little Bulma thought about how she had referenced the weapons on Rhodes' spaceship when she made the energy gun, and then she thought about her father's recent research, and couldn't help but say something to him.
"grateful?"
Little Bulma's words surprised Rhodes. When Dr. Brief wanted to research spaceships, he readily agreed, since it was just a spaceship and could be easily obtained in space.
In response to Rod's question, Bulma nodded and continued to explain, "Yes, Dad said that anti-gravity technology can greatly change people's lives, but without patents and licenses, he can't easily promote the product."
Anti-gravity aircraft?
patent?
Authorization?
Upon hearing Bulma's words, Rhodes was speechless for a moment.
I'm just someone who uses spaceships. How would I know who owns the patents or who I need to get authorized from?
He didn't even consider patent or licensing issues when collecting scientific data from space.
No, that's not right!
Rod was speechless for a moment, then realized a problem.
So, were the flying machines and anti-gravity cars that appeared on Earth afterward due to the technology I brought?
He thought about it and realized that anti-gravity technology appeared on Earth because Galactic Patrolman Jacques came to Earth, and Dr. Brief was able to obtain the relevant technology license because of him, which led to the widespread use of anti-gravity aircraft on Earth.
Jaco appeared on Earth to eliminate Goku, but has he not arrived yet?
Ok?
As he pondered, Rhode's gaze fell on the energy gun in Little Bulma's hand.
If I remember correctly, in the original timeline, the little guy made the energy gun to deal with the legendary alien, Jak!
Thinking of this, Rhodes looked at Bulma and asked, "Bulma, have you been in contact with your sister Tais lately?"
"Of course! My sister called earlier and said she encountered aliens and needed Dad's help. Since we didn't know if the aliens were good or bad, I made this energy gun just in case!"
When Rhodes asked her a question, Bulma raised the energy gun in her hand and said smugly.
Upon hearing Bulma's words, Rhodes immediately began to carefully sense everything on Earth. Sure enough, in the east, there was a life form whose aura far surpassed that of ordinary Earthlings.
If I'm not mistaken, that guy should be Galactic Patrolman Jacques.
However, although Jacques' aura far surpassed that of ordinary Earthlings, it was far too weak in front of Rhodes.
This is why Rhodes didn't notice him after returning to Earth; he posed no threat whatsoever.
"What is that?"
Just then, Dr. Brief's voice came from outside, clearly indicating that he had seen the portal.
